Custom Handbag Braiding/Fringe Service
This listing is for the customization of braiding or fringe on any handbag. Customers are responsible for providing and shipping their handbags to us for customization. We are not responsible for any lost items during shipment, so please ensure you use a shipping method with tracking. Once we receive your order, we will email you with shipment instructions and contact you for your final leather selection. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder to ensure you don’t miss our email.
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required before the customization begins.
Once we receive your handbag, we will contact you to confirm.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before your handbag is shipped back to you.
After receiving full payment, we will cover the cost of shipping the handbag back to you.

Inspection and Service Refusal:
We will inspect and take pictures of your items before starting the customization process.
If the bag is not suitable for customization, we will ship it back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Once the job has commenced and the handbags are in our care, we are not responsible for any pre-existing or new holes that may appear in the products during the process. Please note that the process requires creating holes in the handbags.
